The Founders
Two areas of expertise, one commitment: to elevate private banking and support wealthy families, women and the Next-Gen.
Born between two worlds, Sylvie Becker grew up between Morocco and Senegal, before pursuing an international career between Europe and the United States. Now based in Abidjan, Casablanca and Geneva, she represents a living bridge between African realities and Swiss banking excellence. An expert in wealth strategy and private banker training, she has worked with groups such as Attijariwafa, Société Générale and Ecobank.
Driven by the conviction that local talent deserves the knowledge to match its ambitions, Sylvie has designed a training program tailor-made for women of heritage and next-gen: demanding, certified and culturally rooted.
With this in mind, she has teamed up with Philippe Henderickx a Belgian-Swiss national with 40 years’ experience in private banking, banking technology and training. A former executive with Citibank, Temenos, BCGE and Swisscom-Banking, Philippe has managed strategic projects involving operations, IT, tax and compliance. He is also a consultant for the ISFB, with a clear credo: to train competent professionals who are above all credible and human.
Together, they founded Swiss Wealth Academy the first pan-African academy dedicated to training private bankers, high-net-worth clients and their heirs.
